Providing Care for Carers

As part of Acupuncture For NHS Oxfordshire, Nick is currently offering Acupuncture treatment for NHS staff at a reduced rate:

£30 (usually £45)

In April, NHS Helpforce approached British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) qualified acupuncturists about the possibility of treating NHS doctors, nurses, midwives and other staff during the Covid crisis.

In response, the Acupuncture For NHS nationwide project was created. As fellow healthcare professionals, we want to do our bit to say thank you to the NHS staff.

Acupuncture has been shown to have a positive beneficial effect on every physiological system in the body including; the nervous system, the immune system, the circulatory system and the muscles and tissues. By helping restore the body to homeostasis (a state of internal physiological balance), acupuncture allows the body to activate its own natural healing mechanisms.
